TERIYAKI SAUCE

If you'd had Karma Cans before you will undoubtedly recognise those small pots of absolute life changing dressings that come with every meal we make. They are all made in house and uniquely tailored to be the perfect dressing for each individual salad. This week we had our wasabi seared salmon with crushed peas and charred mange tout. The teriyaki dressing can go with any Asian inspired flavours at home - try it.

Teriyaki Dressing
1l of sesame oil
1l tbsp dark soy sauce
600g honey
150ml. rice vinegar
500g ginger blended with 500ml water
3 cloves grated garlic
200g toasted sesame seeds


Blitz in the magi mix for 1 min.
