The Rooftop Residency

In July we picked up our tongs, stacked the logs, sprinkled a few applewood chips over the top and set fire to the rest of summer in London.

Karma Cans took over the rooftop in Hoxton Docks with a series of reservation only BBQs throughout the summer.

The menu was short, simple and only the hits. Including dishes like our spatchcocked chicken grilled with garlic and herb oil, blackened whole sea bream with a black garlic, scotch bonnet and honey sauce.

Our famous buffalo cauliflower ‘wings’ fried to perfection and grilled sourdough with our crunchy XO sauce.

The roof was sizzling and the rosé was flowing. Serving wines from Keeling Andrew (the team behind Noble Rot), it was everything you could have wanted from a rooftop; candles, plants and fun.
