Karma Cans specialises in providing exceptional catering services for corporate events of all sizes, from intimate networking events to large conferences. We work closely with our clients to create custom menus for all occasions and budgets. We can come to your office, or we have extensive experience working with many event spaces and venues throughout London. Our team is on hand to help with everything - from the planning stage to set up and service to pack down on the day. Whether you are hosting a breakfast meeting, a working lunch or a multi-day conference, our catering services are tailored to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

Our catering offering is expansive and varied, making this question difficult to answer! We cater to a wide range of budgets, but as a guide, breakfast is available from £6, lunch from £10.50 and event finger food from £12 per person. Orders must be placed by 5 pm the day before the catering is required. However, we request a minimum notice of 48 hours for larger groups or events.

Our food is made to order so that we can accommodate all dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and more. We take great care to ensure that everyone can enjoy our food regardless of their dietary restrictions. When it comes to nut allergies, whilst we can prepare dishes to the best of our ability without nuts, our food can never 100% be guaranteed not to be nut free since we use one kitchen to prepare all of our food, so cross-contamination is possible. For this reason, we cannot cater to severe nut allergies. We also do not cater to kosher dietary requirements as it involves specific religious laws and regulations that require separate facilities and equipment.

Yes! You can order up until 5 pm the day before catering is required, and our team can also be flexible to change existing orders - we just ask you to give us at least 48 hours notice.

We deliver anywhere in London. With our extensive network of delivery drivers, we can cover anywhere within the M25. Our food is freshly prepared on the morning of delivery and according to food hygiene and safety standards, so it cannot be left unrefrigerated for more than 4 hours, and therefore we keep our catchment area/journey times well within this timeframe to ensure you still have plenty of time to enjoy the food when it arrives. 

Delivery charges vary depending on where you are based. Delivery starts at £18, but extra charges will be incurred for deliveries further afield. Please get in touch with the team if you need an accurate quote.

Where possible, we deliver by cargo bike. This helps keep our carbon footprint low and enables your food to reach you quickly as riders can easily navigate through traffic and busy urban areas. Where orders are large and exceed the capacity of a bike, we will send your order by van.

Orders must be cancelled more than 48 hours before the day - otherwise, you will be subject to charges.

We accept payment online via card. For large accounts, we can set up an invoicing account - don't hesitate to contact us if this is relevant to you.
