First season peas, broad beans topped with a handful of watercress, with boiled new potatoes tossed with olive oil, black pepper and herbs, served with a green goddess dressing. Topped with your choice of: Cold flaked salmon; Jammy Eggs; Seasoned tofu

White and Green blanched asparagus with hollaindaise or balsamic vinaigrette to dip

Sour set lemon curd, with crispy homemade pastry and a caramelised rhubarb top
